I'm currently a stay at home mom who recently put her career on hold to take care of my preemie son. Making bentos started out as a thought of getting my husband and eldest son to eat healthier. Little did I know that this hobby, like other hobbies, would turn into somewhat of an addiction. I just see it as a sign of my love and care for my family. And this blog is just an outlet for me to release my random words/thoughts that somehow can never be said and to show my work to the world....
Hi everyone. Hope all is well. Didn't make any bentos yesterday, my husband told me not to. Come to find out, his "saimin" lunch wasn't enough. Next time he says, "don't worry about it", I'm not listening to him.

Top: cucumber sticks, grape tomatoes, green seedless grapes, and Biko (sweet sticky rice) Bottom: ranch dressing, sub. sandwich with tuna salad and cucumbers.
