This can be called a brunch bento. "Why?" you say, because it is based around the 3 muffin-sized quiches that I made/experimented with. And who doesn't like quiche for brunch. These quiches are filled with cheddar cheese and smoky ham. In the small orange container is butter for those who like things extra rich.
In the side car are chunks of sweet white nectarines and juicy honeydew melon. I also added a romaine salad with cucumber slices and tomato wedges. There is bacon bits to sprinkle on the salad and ranch dressing in the tiny squeeze bottle. Oh, and I can't forget, a Baby Ruth for dessert.
