Due to the hot weather we've been having lately, a light bento was in order. The stuffed biscuits were inspired by Pikko of Adventures in Bentomaking. She gave me the idea for these. So easy to make and used the Pilsbury biscuits as the dough. I added a little bit of an eggwash for color. Not bad for my first time using this recipe, thanks Pikko.
The bento includes 2 ham and cheese biscuits, watermelon and honeydew melon slices. Cucumber wedges and grape tomatoes with ranch dressing in the small container. And for dessert, a mini chocolate cupcake.
